What is UI/UX and graphic design?
UX (user experience) design is how a product works: the flow, structure and ease of getting something done. UI (user interface) design is how it looks: layout, type, colour and components. Graphic design covers the visuals around the product: social posts, ads, presentations and print.
We start with evidence: analytics, heatmaps, recordings and short user interviews show where people hesitate or leave. Then we wireframe the fix, design it, and test a clickable prototype before anything is built.
Everything lands in a design system in Figma, so new pages, screens and campaign graphics stay consistent without starting from scratch.
